Jinjiang Pengfa Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Tonglin Industrial Zone, Anhai Town, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, China. It was established in 1992 and changed to Jinjiang Pengfa Machinery Co., Ltd. (referred to as Pengfa Machinery Casting) in 2011, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Our own factory covers an area of 23500 square meters and has an annual output of 20000 tons.

Pengfa Machinery Casting produces accessories for shoe machines, circular knitting machines, hydraulic machines, CNC machine tools, and CNC machining centers. Pengfa Mechanical Casting adopts various casting processes such as wet mold sand, resin self hardening sand, sodium silicate sand, V-method vacuum process, and (disappearing) white mold. Casting materials include: various grades of gray iron, various grades of nodular cast iron, steel castings, and low alloy steel, high manganese steel and other materials castings. There are 120 employees, including 12 technical personnel. We have strong technical strength, advanced testing instruments, and a complete management system. Existing equipment: 3 sets of 2T medium frequency induction furnaces, 6 furnaces, 3 sets of double arm resin self hardening sand mixing machines, 3 sets of S114 sand mixing machines, 6 stations of V-method vacuum casting production line modeling workbench, 5 sets of shot blasting and hydraulic cleaning castings, 1 annealing equipment, furnace front iron quality management instrument, high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer, microcomputer high-speed analyzer, melting thermometer, Brinell and Rockwell hardness tester, metallographic and tensile testing machine, spectrometer, and other production and testing equipment are complete.

Pengfa Machinery Casting passed the ISO9001 certification of the quality management system in August 2012, and passed the GB/T24001-2016ISO14001 certification of the environmental management certification system in 2017. Pengfa Machinery was approved as a high-tech enterprise in Fujian Province in November 2020, and as a national high-tech enterprise in December 2020. It was also awarded the title of "22 Year Science and Technology Small Giant Enterprise" and "23 Year Innovative Small and Medium sized Enterprise".
